• Contact — email and/or WhatsApp number to deliver results.
• Analysis metadata — scores, metrics, surfer level, timestamps.
• Technical logs — IP, upload time, job status (security & operations).

How we use data

• Process and analyse your video.
• Generate and deliver reports (web, WhatsApp, email).
• Improve service reliability and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal data or use your videos for advertising without separate consent.

Retention

• Original and processed videos: stored temporarily for delivery, then deleted according to operational policy (typically within 30 days unless legally required otherwise).
• Metrics and job records: may be kept longer in anonymised or aggregated form for service improvement.

Sharing

We use infrastructure providers (hosting, WhatsApp API via Evolution) strictly to operate the Service. They process data under our instructions.

Your rights

Under LGPD and applicable law you may request access, correction, deletion or portability of personal data. Contact us via the Service channels.

Security

We apply HTTPS, access controls and upload limits. No system is 100% secure; upload only content you are comfortable processing on a cloud service.

Children

Minors may only use the Service with guardian consent. Videos of minors require consent from the parent/guardian and anyone identifiable in the footage.
