You must be at least 18 years old, or have consent from a parent or legal guardian. By uploading content you confirm you have authority to do so.
Analysis is automated and educational. We do not guarantee competition results, coaching outcomes or medical/fitness advice. Always consult qualified coaches and health professionals.
You retain ownership of your original video. You grant us a limited licence to process, store temporarily, analyse and deliver results (including watermarked output) solely to provide the Service.
The PHAENACORY™ methodology, marks, logos, reports, layout, copy, software, APIs and other Service materials (except your video) are owned by surf-analysys.com / rights holders listed on PHAENACORY methodology — IP notice. Word mark filed with INPI Brazil (classes 41 & 42). Software registration and patent applications are in preparation.
You may not copy or redistribute reports to train competing models, remove watermarks, reverse-engineer the pipeline, or use the PHAENACORY mark without written permission. Partnerships: [email protected].
The Service is provided “as is”. We may limit queue length, file size or pause processing for maintenance without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, surf-analysys.com is not liable for indirect damages, data loss or decisions made based on automated reports.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
