Your declaration at upload

By checking the consent box you confirm that:

You are the surfer in the video or you have written permission from the surfer and filmmaker.
Everyone identifiable in the video (surfer, bystanders, minors) has consented or you have legal authority (e.g. parent/guardian).
You authorise surf-analysys.com to process the video for automated biomechanical analysis.
You accept temporary storage and delivery of results (including watermarked processed video).

If you film another person, obtain their consent before upload. Coaches and schools should keep records of athlete/parent authorisation.

Being in a public break does not automatically grant commercial or third-party analysis rights. When in doubt, ask the surfer.

We do not publish your video on social media or marketing without separate written consent.

If you believe a video was uploaded without rights, contact us immediately. We will disable access and delete associated files when validated.
